ETOPS Significant System
A bleed air leak occurs in the wing area. Because of failure wing anti-ice will be unavailable. Also single PAC operation.
Result of procedure leaves the Pressurization normal but with a single source available.
Non-normal pressurization results in a Significant System compromised
(Pressurization-ETOPS significant GROUP ). Pilot can expect to Divert or Return to Field. Consider over weight landing possibility. If prior to EET do not enter ETOPS. If past EEP may continue with concurrence taking into account remaining time to destination and probability of inflight icing.
