together to entertain, make things, complete necessary
upkeep of our grounds and facilities. Total time adding up to more than 200 volunteer hours this spring given generously by 128 people. Special thanks go out to Push Youth Group - Brillion, Unleashed, A Homeschool Co-op - Appleton, Whisper Hills Clydesdales Special Needs Foundation - Fond du Lac, and Anne Mutter - Oshkosh. Thank you for all you’ve done for New Hope Center!

Consider A Gift Through Planned Giving
The goal of planned giving is to help you plan your estate and charitable giving in a way that benefits you, your family and charity. There are several ways where you can make these planned gifts to charity and enjoy tax and income bene- fits. Please consider the New Hope Center when organizing your planned giving. If you have questions, please contact Greg Logemann by phone at (920) 849-9351 or by email, glogemann@newhopeinc.org.
Your gift, may be in the form of a Bequest, a Bequest means that you maintain control of your assets during life and make a gift to charity at your death.
A Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA), means that you receive a fixed income for life, you avoid capital gains tax on the sale of your appreciated property and enjoy the benefit of tax savings from a charitable deduction.
A Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT), means you transfer your appreciated property without paying capitol gains tax, enjoy a regular income for life or a term of predetermined years and receive the benefit of tax savings from a charitable contribution.
Charitable Lead Trust (CLT), means you give cash or prop- erty to your family in the future and avoid substantial gift or estate tax.
Life Estate Reserved, means you remain in your home for life and still receive a charitable income tax deduction.
Bargain Sale, means that you transfer your property and receive a charitable income tax deduction.
Each of the trusts manages a goal, we will explain how it works, and how it can benefit you and your family while
benefiting your designated charity of choice.
