The Information Technology Specialist II serves as a a a a a a technical expert responsible for for development and ongoing support of Cal OES applications The incumbent performs as a a a a a a a a highly-skilled technical specialist for for for the Salesforce platform and and other cloud technologies such as SharePoint Mulesoft MS Azure Power BI and and Tableau The incumbent possesses expert skills in in in in in in in in in in designing configuring coding testing and maintaining custom interactive secure and and data-driven enterprise applications The incumbent collaborates with IT and and program partners
to design and and develop Salesforce applications that support and and enhance Cal OES programs The incumbent performs special IT projects as required The Information Technology Specialist II will design and and create current and and future development of Salesforce automated solutions utilizing cloud technologies Gather business requirements define solution solution architecture create technical specifications design develop and and implement solutions on
