that established Children and and Families Commissions in in in in in every county In Contra Costa County First First 5 5 stands as as as an an an independent public agency As such First First 5 5 has has maintained a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a practice of nimble program development that has has continually evolved as as as as opportunities for change and and improvement have emerged The highly productive staff of of of 32 is is is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a diverse group of of of experts in in in in content and and and administrative areas all are are passionate about the the the the the the mission and and fully engaged in in in in in in the the the the the the success of of of of the the the the the the agency In keeping with
