» The Facilities and and and Data Data Center Center Management Division is is is is responsible for providing design operation maintenance and and administration of the County’s Enterprise Data Center and and managing facilities related issues including physical security » The Operations Operations Support Support Division is is responsible for providing operational support of the 24/7 Data Center Operations Desktop Support Services Help Desk Desk Telephone Operators and Central Imaging » The Public Public Safety Safety Communications Division is is responsible for for the the the operation of the the the County’s Regional Public Safety Radio System utilized by Law Enforcement Fire/EMS and and other County and and non- County government service providers This division supports the radio system infrastructure end-user mobile and and portable subscriber radio equipment and and microwave transport services that provides wireless connectivity for radio telephone and and wide area networks services throughout the County and and incorporated cities » The Network Network Network Services Division is is responsible for for providing providing network connectivity which includes the Local Area Area Network Network and and Wide Area Area Network Network (LAN and and WAN) as as well as as providing support for all equipment related to the the LAN and and and WAN and and and the the services associated with WIFI and and and remote access » The Telecommunication Services Division is is is responsible for providing design operation maintenance and administration of the County’s County’s telephone network paging system WAN County’s County’s Regional Public Safety Radio System and the microwave transport transport system that delivers transport transport capabilities for each of these individual networks » The Enterprise Data Management Division is is is is responsible for for the enterprise-wide data data management and and information strategy governance control policy development and and effective utilization of data assets leveraging the County’s enterprise infrastructure and toolsets » The Information Security Division is is is is responsible for for developing policies protocols and and and standards to to promote a a a a a a a a a collaborative holistic approach using consistent security measures to to protect data and mitigate cyber threats » The Geographic Information System (GIS) Division provides geographical data products and and services to all GIS stakeholders including County departments and other regional entities » The The Multimedia Services Division provides support support to to the the the Clerk of of of the the the Board Board for Board Board of of of Supervisor meetings meetings The division also supports other types of meetings meetings including but not limited to Assessment Appeal Hearings Planning Commission Board Committee meetings meetings and other general meetings meetings
