ideal candidate will also have experience managing through conflict with the ability to reach appropriate agreements and and settle any issues in an an an an equitable and and fair manner Education/Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent is required • Basic knowledge of of Microsoft Office products • Safety training related to the industry • Five (5) years of experience related to the water industry with at at least two (2) years in in a a a a a supervisory role is is required • Experience in in in reading and and understanding engineered blueprints and diagrams • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a a a a year year for year year basis Other Requirements:
• Must have a a a valid driver’s license • Current valid Colorado Commercial Driver’s License Class A A with Air Brake endorsement is required • Ability to obtain a a a a a Class 3 State Water Distribution certification within six months of hire
