The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a strong, seasoned leader with a proven track
record of implementing human services and adult programs to meet the needs of the community. The new Deputy Director will bring the ability to work collaboratively with the senior management team, sta , and stakeholders. An e ective personnel manager comfortable with the implementation of policies and strategic approaches will be successful in this role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are paramount. A transparent team player committed to working with sta in a progressive manner and sought after by sta and colleagues as a resource, coach and mentor will nd this role ful lling.
