Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in Social Human or Health Services Sociology Behavioral Science Public Administration or a a a closely related field One year as a a a a County Social Services Director OR two years as a a a a Program Manager or Fiscal/Administrative Manager OR comparable level position in a a a a California County Social Services or or related Department A Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in in social work or or in in a a a related field is highly desirable Licenses and Certificates:
