manager who understands how to properly delegate Ideally the candidate will have a a a a a a a knowledge of laws rules and and ordinances and and legislative processes governing water rights water development and administration This position is is is responsible for the capital improvement
project project and as such someone with prior experience managing capital projects is highly desirable Ideal candidates will possess a a a a a a a a strong customer service ethic with the ability to to establish and and maintain positive and cooperative working
relationships across all levels of the organization While not required a a a a a a a a a highly technical candidate with experience in in the water industry is a a a a plus Desirable Qualifications
Experience: Seven (7) or or more years of of responsible professional engineering experience in in in in planning design and construction of water water water system development and and distribution water water water treatment treatment and and water water water treatment treatment facilities Education: Possession of the equivalent to a a a a a a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or or university in Civil Engineering or another field of of study applicable to the the responsibilities and requirements of of this job class Professional and Personal Characteristics
