MARKET MAPPING
As part of our Executive Search consultancy, we offer a Market Mapping service which is a custom made solution for our clients who need to identify, attract and benchmark talent for the future growth of their leadership teams. This ensures our clients can maximise their time and work towards strategic objectives when
a ‘future role’ is identified but not necessarily defined as a full profile or ‘live’ role.
Market Mapping is the process and method
of collecting information by confidentially assessing prospective candidates to enable our clients to competitively benchmark roles within their organisation. This approach saves time and offers valuable insights into the candidate market, which can facilitate decision making in the case of confidential projects and time sensitive hiring.
There are a number of reasons why our clients may undertake market mapping through us to support effective business planning:
• Business planning - When the client has no immediate vacancy but requires a Market Mapping exercise in order to be well positioned for a quick executive placement in the future.
• When the client intends to launch a new business or expand into a new market or geographical location and needs to understand target companies and talent pools before making a decision.
• The client may have identified a potential Executive Search requirement, but are uncertain and require a comprehensive understanding of the candidate market which we provide through our in-depth Market Mapping reports.
• The client may want confirmation that if a vacancy arises due to an existing employee leaving there are potential replacement candidates in the market.
• When a client is engaged in the process of succession planning, diversity mapping, or general executive benchmarking, our detailed Market Mapping reports can provide invaluable expert data.

Throughout the entire engagement, we will protect the confidentiality of the information provided by our clients, except those agreed to be released to the candidates at the client’s instruction. We maintain and adhere to a set of stringent documented guidelines on data protection of business information.
Recruitment from any of our clients will
be “off-limits” for at least one year after completion of an assignment, and for the duration whilst active planning dialogue is maintained or whilst searches are ongoing.
