Target at Northgate North Mall in Seattle was another unique project that I managed as the Architecture Project Manager. The loca- tion was one of the first raised, multi-level stores in the chain (the two Target levels were two levels above the street). The project consisted of two full retail levels on level three and four with a receiving/stock area at street level. In my role as the APM for the project, I successfully coordinated and managed Target’s oversight for the execution of a substantially complex store format in a non-typical mall development.
