The flow chart above illustrates the process and functions of the Target Change Expediting Committee that was illustrated on the previous page. The committee’s process acted as a filter to ensure that good business decisions were being made when change requests were introduced. As the leader of the Expediting Committee this chart illustrates one example of a key business program that I developed, managed and facilitated while at Target.
