My name is Aberdeen Rauckman. I am 10 years old and I live in Drayton Valley Alberta. I compete in all breed open horse shows with my solid appaloosa mare Spanish Empress (Selena). We compete in a variety of different all breed classes: halter, showmanship, western pleasure, hunter jumper, dressage and games. Selena is a solid grulla and I always like to see the surprise on people's faces
when I tell them she is an appaloosa. She
is a daughter of The Covenant, sired by The Executive and she is out of an AQHA Sonny Go Royal granddaughter.
In 2019 Selena and I received the Appaloosa Horse Association of Alberta Youth Open Competition High Point award.
