About Casa Olivos
Homeowners Kathy and Mark were instantly attracted to their home after entering the Lexing- ton Hills gates for the first time. Once they passed the gates, the nearly one-mile long drive to the house made them feel as if they were leaving all their stresses behind. They couldn’t help
but feel calmed and relaxed. That was it, they had fallen in-love with the property before entering the front doors! They also adore the sprawling almost 26 acres that make the property a secluded, quiet and private haven. This home has been the site of many family gatherings and special events, most notably their son’s and daughter in-law’s wedding. The family has made wonderful memories together here such as teaching their grandkids to swim in the pool and enjoying the home with them. This home is no stranger to little feet running around, loud laughter and family bonding.
Kathy and Mark like to entertain a lot. They often host many viewings of sporting events and family and friends all know that come Superbowl, the media room is the place to be while the kids are enjoying the pool. Because of the views and tranquility, the family’s favorite time of the day is early afternoon in the summer by the pool and late afternoons in the hot tub.
The couple have also made several landscaping and hardscaping improvements to the property. They have added a fire pit, outdoor grill and dining area to maximize the outdoor entertainment and are happy to tell us that these spaces have become some of the family’s and friends’ favorite places to share together. With so much land, Kathy and Mark recommend the new property owners keep expanding on the outdoor living possibilities. The new homeowners can surely make their personal mark to this expansive estate!
