As a project advisor, suggest and advise project owner to develop a world class behavioral health and addiction treatment center which consist of 120 accommodations, 5 swimming pools, 4 restaurant and spa buildings, 4 libraries, 4 counselling centers, 1 gym and other facilities, within 6 months. Oversee and ensure that the Project Manager, consultants, and contractor are maintaining an effective procedure to complete the project within budget and on time.

As a project manager, complete various hotel projects by managing budget, estimates and proposals to keep project in line with client expectations. Management of design and construction team to develop client concepts for effective implementation. Coordinate, track and verify change orders between contractor and client. Reviewing, red lining and drafting Client and Subcontrac- tor Contracts, including scope of work development.
