Aquin High School is very pleased to serve as host to the Illinois High School Association Class 1A Baseball Sectional Tournament. The reputa- tion of the schools competing in this sectional promises a high level of competition for players and coaches, as well as great enjoyment for the fans.
Traditionally the coaches and players have displayed excellent sports- manship on the field despite the intense competition and pressure asso- ciated with the state tournament games. We all know that the fans will also set an example of sportsmanship toward the competing teams and officials, so the tournament will be an enjoyable activity for all involved.
