News January, 2017 Issue
Thank You! On behalf of the Litchfield Park Preschool we would like to
extend a huge “thank you” for supporting our first annual Christmas in the
Park outdoor concert. We hope the day was a fun, activity-filled family event
for everyone.
Happy New Year! We continue to encourage our preschool families to
pursue and enjoy new and exciting learning experiences.
Reminders
Watch for “Parent Praise”. ”Thank You” stationery will be sent home
for you to write praise and special thanks about your child. The note will
be displayed on our “Parent Praise” board. Ms. Seye will read the student
“praise notes” to your child’s class. Please submit your praise by placing it
in the homework box (located on the sign in / out table).
Monday, January 16, 2017
February tuition is due. A $15 late fee will be assessed to all payment
received after Monday, January 16, 2017.
Odds & Ends
For our student’s safety. Only instructors and registered students are
permitted in the classroom. This is a mandate of the Arizona Department
of Health and Human Services.
Please take your child to the restroom before class. For the safety
of the children, we are unable to open the potty door until all the children
have arrived and we have taken attendance. The office will open at
7:50am for your child to use the restroom, if needed.
Please continue working with your child at home. The classroom
learning that is reinforced by parent involvement builds a strong team to
enrich your preschooler’s early childhood education.
The cold and flu season is upon us. We’d like to remind everyone to
keep your child at home if they are ill.
Cold and Flu Prevention. Teach your children good habits to help them
avoid catching or spreading the cold or flu virus.
Wash your hands often
Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
Drink plenty of water
Don't share cups and utensils
Get enough rest and exercise
