ADELAIDE SERVICED OFFICES
Adelaide House is a serviced offices operation which we run directly within our former HQ office building in South Belfast. There is a growing trend in the demand for flexible office space in Belfast and Adelaide House Serviced Offices provides Causeway Asset Management with another flexible option for office occupiers at a different service level and price point to StepSpace and again is part of our ‘future fit office concept’.
The Adelaide House site has capacity to grow and the intention, subject to demand, is to expand the serviced office offering at Adelaide House.
