MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
REPLACING O-RING SEAT: The O-ring can be replaced without removing the vent from tank. Open vent. For safety, insert a wooden stick between the disc holder #2 and body #4. Attach vice-grip pliers to stem. Remove screw #1 and O-ring holder #2. Replace O-ring #3. Re-assemble, then remove pliers and air pressure.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Vent should be mounted directly over emergency valve. Cut push rod #11 to an approximate length. Install push rod and adjust item #9 allowing approximately 1/8” end clearance to ensure that vent will close.
