Civacon’s 871 Gravity Couplers optimize the connection between 4” API adaptors and a 3” or 4” hose connection, ensuring safe, fast unloads. The 871 has been redesigned with an interior “lip” that makes hook-ups easier.
• Interior “lip” in the 12-0’clock position centers coupler with API adaptor for solid connection
• Easier for operator to handle
• Available in male adaptor & female coupler configurations
• Available with either Kamlok® coupler or NPT female threads at the
hose connection
• Mates with standard 4” API RP-1004 tank trucks adaptors
• Aluminum body with Buna-N seals
• Hose connection end angled at 15o downward for improved drainage
• Model 871ED features a lever to actuate the poppet on Model 866
