The Company’s share capital as of 31.12.2020 consists of 4,863,354 shares of NOK 0.33 each. Each share has one vote. The Company is controlled by Isanor Invest AS (registered in Norway), which controls 63.04% of the Company’s shares.
The shares in Isanor Invest AS are owned by Jørgen Dahl (CEO).
