Collaboration
We have found, over the years, that one of the most powerful forms of engagement is via collaboration with other investors who are seeking similar outcomes. In 2024, Ausbil continued with our collaborative ESG engagement activities, such as chairing the Human Rights Working Group of Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA). We also remain on the steering committee of IAST-APAC (Investors Against Slavery and Trafficking – Asia Pacific) where we continued co-chairing a work stream as well as being a lead investor for one company engagement; and a support investor for several other company engagements. On Climate Change, Ausbil remains involved in company-engagements through Climate Action 100+ and Ausbil also collaborates through leadership and governance positions with the IGCC (Investor Group on Climate Change) and RIAA.
