Alleluia! Time to Listen
At Easter we really want to give special praise to God for all the wonderful things God does for us, so we say “Alleluia.”
One of the wonderful things God has done is to raise Jesus out of the tomb he had been buried in, so we say “Alleluia”.
God has brought Jesus back to life, and we celebrate this special event on Easter Sunday, and so we say “Alleluia”.
Easter Sunday is the biggest ‘Alleluia Day’ in the whole year. It is even bigger than our birthdays, and so we joyfully say “Alleluia”.
