Note: an interesting trend in recent years has been the transition of U15’s straight to Seniors. At face value this sees a high dropout rate in older ages, but it does not show that these younger players are still playing.

• When all Divisions (Blast, Juniors Mixed & Girls) are taken into account we registered 76 Girls. Seniors
• Registered a record 15 Teams – this is +1 on the number registered last season
• Congratulations to our Premiers – B2 and D1 Blue and our Runners-up (C3)
Club wide initiatives
Academy and Skills Clinics
• The Academy continues to thrive. The Junior boys reached capacity (30 registrations) in 2 days and the Girls finished with 16 registrations. Congratulations to our Head Coach, Connor Hindmarch who has built on the legacy of Harrison Norrell.
• The free Skills Clinics had 100 boys, and 70 girls participate and feedback has been exceptional Website refresh
Our website site is now 6 years old and there is a natural risk of ageing software. Also, our needs have evolved (e.g.; social media) so a major refresh is underway to future-proof the website, increase speed and give us more options to increase our communication reach. This will be operational before the start of the 2024-25 season.
Clothing supply and distribution
One of the more onerous volunteer roles is managing our clothing. We are now assessing alternative suppliers to outsource the logistics (stock ordering, storage and distribution) to remove this dependence.
