Establish the criteria upon which to assess the success of changes made to the governance model following a specified period of time in operation.

EG Review Recommendation
REC #8: If any change is made to the board composition, a formal review be made of the result of the changes after the new framework has been operating for three years.

Background
The Review Report recommended any change made to the board composition be subject to a formal review after the new framework has been operating for three years.
A requirement for this review could be included in the constitution whereby the board would be required to carry out a review after a specified period of time. The purpose of the review would be to assess the effectiveness, sustainability, ongoing viability and relevance of the company in light of its objects.
The review would be delivered to members for consideration at a general meeting.
