Thanks for your email. I am sorry not to get back to you sooner, but I have been trying to track down someone in DOJ on your behalf just to understand exactly where they left things so that we can determine how to follow up.
I understand that you are in New York next week. Are you free to come into our office for a brief meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 30th? Alternatively, how is 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday October 1st? At that point, I can update you on anything I’ve been able to find out and we can discuss next steps.
