NORTHBRIDGE GOLF CLUB LIMITED GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORT
I am very pleased to report that the year was the most successful in the club’s history in terms of course and clubhouse patronage.
The resurgence in golf the previous year continued on with ever increasing playing numbers and an unprecedented number of new members joining. This resulted in the club imposing a waiting list in all categories, a first for Northbridge.
Providing the high level of customer service to both members and visitors during a very busy year and making sure all rules and regulations were followed due to Covid-19 has been a challenge to all those working in the clubhouse. My sincere thanks to all the staff for their efforts.
I sincerely thank the following people who have once again made it a pleasure to manage the club:

Our committed ground staff
Our hardworking bar staff and cleaners
My supportive office staff
Doreen and her kitchen and wait staff
Our friendly pro shop staff
Brett and his helpers in the halfway kiosk
All our volunteers including dad’s army and bush care group

Board. Northbridge has been very fortunate to have members on the board who work tirelessly and for no other reason but to act in the interests of the club and see it prosper. My great thanks for their support and assistance.
It is with some sadness that we say farewell and best wishes to Helen Rickey who is retiring in the coming year. Helen has been a mainstay in the office over the past 32 years. I have valued her undying support and the club has been very lucky to have had someone so dedicated and loyal in such a key role for so many years.
In closing I again thank members of the club for their ongoing support and patronage and hope to share a drink or two in the clubhouse.
