Written, graphic, verbal and smaller group conversations can be used to ensure that the technical aspects are unpacked. You will be pleasantly surprised at how everyday people can understand quite technical information when they are given the time to understand it properly. They also often ask very good questions about the everyday work that helps the organisation to think differently about an ‘old’ problem.
