GENERAL INFORMATION
COVID BEST PRACTICE
We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all SCH employees, volunteers, participants and our community. As a part of this commitment, all patrons 12 years and older attending indoor events and programming at SCH must provide proof of vaccination.
We understand that some patrons are unable to be vaccinated. Philosophical, political, or sociological objections to vaccination will not be considered for an exemption or accommodation.

DELAYS, CLOSURES
AND CHANGES
Occasionally SCH will be closed or schedules changed or delayed. We make every effort to announce any changes in advance via email and social media.
SCHOLARSHIP OPTIONS
Families and individuals who need additional financial assistance
to attend SCH programs may qualify for financial aid options.

ATTENDANCE
Refunds for missed classes will
be provided in situations with extenuating circumstances with medical documentation and will be subject to the discretion of SCH
CANCELLATION POLICY
SCH requires a 10-day notice for cancellation of a class or program.
Sellwood Schoolhouse preschool programs require a 30-day
notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation to avoid tuition charge.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
SCH programs, activities and events may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather.
