Tai Chi
In this beginner Tai Chi class, we will be learning the 24-posture Yang style Tai
Chi form. This universal Tai Chi form is great for beginners to be introduced to the fundamentals of Tai Chi. While learning this form, we will learn how to increase flexibility, balance, and strength through slow controlled movements that can benefit our everyday lives.
