Template Project
1. Trace or scan and print out the template. Cut the box from pale blue cardstock and score

Cut out the mats from patterned backing
paper.
3. Stick all the mats onto the box.
6. Punch two holes into the closed top of the box.
4. Glue the tab to the opposite end to start forming the box.
Thread a length of ribbon through the holes.
Cut out the tag pieces from blue and white cardstock. Stamp a sentiment onto the smaller tag and mat together.
5. Close the box by folding in the bottom flaps and secure closed with tape or glue.
Punch a hole in the tag and thread onto the ribbon.
Finish by tying the ribbon into a bow.
