Simple Square Card
• Squares die set
• White 16cm square card blank
• White card
• Blue card
• Two patterned papers
• Ribbon
• Adhesive pearl
Turn the card blank 90 degrees to create a tent card.
Die cut a 15.5cm square from blue card and stick to the front of the card.
Die cut a 15cm square from white card and wrap a piece of ribbon around the lower part of the square. Secure on the back. Stick the square to the card.
Die cut eight 3.5cm blue squares.
Die cut eight 3cm patterned squares, four for each pattern.
Stick the patterned squares to the blue squares.
Start sticking down squares, working from the centre of the white card. (Top Tip: Using a ruler, make a cross in pencil by drawing a diagonal line corner to corner, top left to bottom right, top right to bottom left, align the first 3.5cm square with the diagonal lines and the point of the square at the centre of the cross). Continue layering the squares, turning 45 degrees each time whilst alternating the two patterns.
Tie a double loop bow from ribbon and stick onto the card. Add a decorative pearl to the centre of the design to finish.
