Score and fold an A4 piece of white card in half. Cut it down to create a 15cm x 21cm card.
Cut a 14cm x 20cm rectangle from pale blue card. Stick it onto the card front.
Die cut an 8.3cm x 12.7cm oval into the front of the card to create an aperture.
Cut a 13cm x 19cm rectangle from white card and a 12cm x 18cm rectangle from patterned backing paper. Stick them together.
Die cut a 9.1cm x 13.9cm oval into the centre and stick onto the card using foam tape. Keep the resulting oval. Stick the oval from the previous step onto the inside of the card using foam tape.
Die cut two more ovals, a 6.8cm x 10.3cm from pale blue card and a 6.1cm x 9.2cm from white card. Stick them together and stamp on a sentiment. Stick onto the inside of the card.
Stick some paper flowers to the front of the card to finish.
