4. Add the final balloon side and glue the final tabs to complete the balloon.
Cut four lengths of string approximately 4cm long.
Glue one end of each string into the inside four corners of the basket, about 0.5cm in.

Punch a hole through the ribbon top. Thread a loop of string through the hole and tie a knot on the underneath to keep in place.
10. Glue the other ends of the string onto the inside of the balloon.
6. Add the balloon top to the balloon to close up the hole.
