Cut, score and fold white cardstock to create a 21cm square card. Cut an 18.5cm square from blue cardstock and mat onto the card.
Cuta15cmx13.5cmrectangle from complimentary backing paper and mat onto the card.

3. Cutan18cmsquarefromwhite cardstock. Using the Squares die set, cut No. 16 to create an aperture slightly offset from the centre of the square.
4. UsingthePoliceCardie,cutone from the free Charisma download and mat onto the card. Mat the white square onto the card using foam tape.
5. UsingthePoliceOfficersdie
set, cut both dies from the free Charisma download. Mat onto the card.
6. UsingthePoliceOfficersdieset, cut Police Officer 1 from the free Charisma download, mat and layer onto the card using foam tape. Using the Oval Shutter Card die, cut Oval 5 from blue cardstock and Oval 4 from white cardstock. Mat together and stamp on a sentiment, mat onto the card using foam tape.
