Renaissance Park is a 216 acre master planned community. Located only 10 minutes from Downtown Raleigh. When completed, it will have up to 1,100 homes with 29 acres of mixed use, 49 acres of open space and 29 acres of tree preservation. Homes ranged from the $130s and up with a mix of national and regional builders.
Renaissance Park sits on the property of the original Raleigh Airport and is an infill project within minutes from downtown. We named the community Renaissance Park as the meaning is revitalization and we are part of the future growth of Downtown Raleigh. Designed as a pedestrian friendly “walkable” neighborhood with close proximity to retail and commercial business.
