Group in Chicago. I met Janet through a friend’s recommendation in 2011 when I was looking for a
downtown condominium property. Janet quickly assessed my needs and efficiently found me the
right property at the right price. The entire process went smoothly, and I was happy to recommend
Janet to friends who also became delighted customers.

In 2017, I decided to sell the condo as my family and I had largely moved west to California and
Arizona. Not surprisingly, my first call went to Janet. Janet and her team quickly performed a
thorough market assessment, and then presented a comprehensive strategic plan to properly price
and fully market my condo. The result? My condo sold in weeks, not months, while others, even in
my prestigious building, were (and still are) on the market. I bought right and sold right, all thanks
to Janet. This was no accident. Janet and her team are smart, insightful, creative, disciplined and
complete.

Team Janet also goes above and beyond. For example, Janet recommended a high-quality real
estate lawyer, who represented me, both for the purchase and sale of my condo. Janet even found
me a wonderful moving concierge, who coordinated everything from packing, donating and
transporting art, furniture and furnishings to three different locations.

my experience as both a buyer and seller, you simply cannot do better.
