Wesco is strictly compliant with all U.S. Department of State (ITAR) and Department of Commerce (EAR) licensing regulations. We are fully registered with the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls (PMDTC) as well as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) and U.S. Department of Commerce.
Compliance is of the utmost importance to Wesco and it is imperative that the laws and regulations governing the movement and transferring of these technologies are adhered to. We employ a dedicated full time in-house compliance officer who is responsible for the operational aspects of export control compliance and oversees this initiative for all USML and CCL classified items.
In today’s world, a strict compliance program is the number one priority for our organization.
