While every project is different, around eighty percent of the processes involved in any type of project have the same basic requirements, and employ the same basic skill-sets, but there are many, many trades involved, every one of them a specialist in their field.
One wouldn’t ask a plumber to organise the building’s connectivity to the power grid, and when it comes to connecting your application to your users, engaging a Specialist User Interface Developer to take on that task is an equally wise choice.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
In the case of software, a project manager schedules Creative Designers, Technical Architects, and Product Design Engineers.
The architects design the software foundation and framework, the creative designers create the User experience, and the product design engineers make all the logic work. The User Interface is an essential thread that has to be integrated at the architectural stage, become a facet of everything to do with the User experience, and seamlessly built into the logic from the beginning. This is where Eight excels.
A User Interface is the part of a machine, product, or device with which a person interacts. Usually visual and tactile in nature, a User Interface is what an individual uses to make a machine or product do what he wants it to do.
The User Interface must be intuitive and an integral part of physical product design. Eight are a specialist User Interface Developer.
