P. 11

I shall compare thee to a blazing fire, So bright and beautiful you are to me. Thou art so tall and rising like a spire, Never will you fade as long as I see.
So pretty as the evening setting sun,
Your warmth shall cover me for ever long. Never will I with you be done,
Reminding me of an evening song.
So strong and persevering as an ox, And brilliantly bright and so divine
So cunning and as clever as a fox,
Until there is no Earth you will be mine.
Although you may die you are always here, Your spirit never fades, you’ll never fear.
