Choosing Your Options
It is compulsory for all boys to study Mathematics, English, two Sciences and a Modern Foreign Language. All pupils will also study the School Certificate in Philosophy in Year 10. The arrangements for choosing optional subjects are laid out in the letter accompanying this booklet.
Please note that we construct the timetable and classes around the choices made by Year 9 in January. While change may be possible subsequent to this, it will be dependent on option grouping of subjects and availability of places within a class/set.
