545 Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer D8001 (Base) / D3001 (Converter) or D1001 (Base ) / D3001
545 is a two component epoxy primer with outstanding corrosion and adhesion properties for steel, aluminum, wood, and fiberglass substrates. 545 is used to seal surfacing primers before applying topcoats. It may be applied by spray, brush, or roller and may be used above or below the waterline. Theoretical coverage for a Quart 15-23m2, For 1 Gallon 46m2
MIXING RATIO : Spray: Mix by volume one part 545 base with one part D3001 to a smooth homogenous mixture. Reduce up to 25% with T0006. Overall mix is 1:1:1/2 by volume. Brush/Roll: Mix by volume one part 545 Base with one part D3001 Converter to a smooth homogenous mixture; reduce 5-10% with T0031. Below 23,8°C you may use COLD CURE Accelerator M3066 to maintain dry and cure times. Induction Time after Mixing: 15 Minutes

A two component epoxy primer with excellent sag resistance and excellent film build/filling capability. For use where high build and filling is required above the waterline.Recoatability: May be overcoated with 545 Primer, High Build Primer, Sprayable Fairing Compound, Awlfair LW and Awlquik.
Mixing Ratio : Mix by volume one part D8008 with one part D3018 to a smooth homogenous mixture. Reduce 5%-25% with T0073 for conventional spray. Airless spray application can be made with no reduction.
