you are no longer able to ride your motorcycle for the ministry due to age, poor health or injury or, be an officer. It does not mean you stop being a Black Sheep representative.
Come to find out, this discussion of retirement was relevant and important because the next day, after going to church with Mel and Tina, I
asked their Pastor if he would like to have lunch with us and he accepted. During lunch the Pastor (which I found out his father was a Pastor of a
biker church) said he wants a Black Sheep presence at his church which I was able to say, “You have two
Black Sheep in your
church who can help
you do that”. It was a
great visit and after
saying our goodby’s
the three amigo’s
headed home
bound. After getting
home safely and
thanking God for his
goodness two thoughts came to mind.
1) God’s plans are always better than our’s. He knows the who, what, when and how required to deepen and enhance his presence at a specific event, prayer meeting, bible study, etc. Do not get discouraged by the circumstances.
2) Even in the changing situations of life, God wants to use you where you are.
I encourage you to be faithful, steadfast and complete the good work God has put on your heart no matter the circumstances or life situation. ~Wayne
