MISCELLANEOUS HONORS
Lauren Garbett ‘19 earned an Honorable Mention nod in the business category at The Miami Herald and El Nuevo Herald Silver Knight Awards.
Kiran Masroor ‘19 and Nicole Nixon ‘19 were selected as National Merit Scholars.
Student Council President Kyle Valdes ‘19 was selected to receive a Congressional Medal of Merit for his academic excellence, peer respect, community service and school citizenship.
The 2018 Reflections literary and arts magazine, “Nexus,” earned NSPA’s All-American rating, with marks of distinction in Content, Writing and Editing, Photography, Art, Graphics, and Design.
The Raider Voice newspaper, and news online, earned a CSPA Gold Medalist Certificate and an NSPA First Class ranking.
Prep students won the Congressional App Challenge (District FL-27) for the third straight year.
