One of our favorite ladies had fairly straight teeth but she didn’t like her smile. It turned out that she had a canine-lateral substitution done in her teens. Utilizing long-term provisionals, we worked with the orthodontist to move her canine back where it belonged. We placed an implant where her lateral was congenitally missing. The only two crowns we made for her were #6 and 7!
