TALE OF TWO DIFFERENT PROSTHESES
These two women both received porcelain Maxillary full-arch restorations. They were carried out very differently. The woman on the left had 8 implants restored with four 3-unit bridges. On the right, this woman had a full-arch Porcelain hybrid on a Zirconia framework with 12 individual crowns. Determining how to restore each case depended on careful assessment of their bony anatomy, smile and occlusal analysis, and coordination with the surgeon and lab technicians.
