While Kohzoh is the epitome of what hard work and dedi- cation can achieve, he also inspires us with his deep commitment to innovation and his constant search to  nd new ways to better serve customers. We must keep these two values close to our hearts if we are to  nd new ways to solve the world’s problems.
Finally, I am immensely grateful to all the contributors to this year’s edition of Mind Your Marketing; without their participation, we wouldn’t have been able to make it this far!
