 Protein Reality Check
Now that you know how much protein you need for optimal hair health and physical health, you should track everything you eat to see if you reach it. If you’re meeting your required protein intake or going above (that’s even better), you’re in the green zone.
If not, you should keep tracking until you get an understanding of how much protein you need to eat to be in the green zone. You don't need to keep tracking for the rest of your life. However, you should track for at least a week so you have a ballpark of what you need.
