Bright Morning Tofu Scramble
2 servings 15 minutes
PREPARATION
1. Chop the tofu and crumble it into small bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat up a frying pan and add olive oil as well as tofu. Then add salt, turmeric powder, and ground black pepper.
3. Stir until well combined. Stir every now and then while cooking over medium- high heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Serve immediately and eat on its own or with vegan sides of your choice.
