Dealers: Participate in the NTDA Shop

Productivity Hours Survey

For dealers that measure performance on an hourly, daily, weekly or
monthly basis, it is important to have industry metrics and benchmarks
to determine how well your shop is performing. The National Trailer
Dealers Association (NTDA) Service Department Labor Hours Guide
gives dealers a tool to assist in the process of measuring their shop
operations.

Data in this report can be used in establishing baseline installation
times for dealership operations, enabling service departments to take
stock of their current production levels and pinpoint potential areas of
improvement.
